The Sugar House Farmers Market is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization organized and run by a Board of Directors, amazing Interns, and Volunteers. The market’s mission is “To create a family-friendly and educational local market, by providing fresh produce, delicious food and unique Utah products. We strive to support the Sugar House community and come together through food and fun.”
The SHFM Board of Directors is responsible for the overall success of the organization by acting in accordance with our mission and values, and by supporting our staff, vendors, and community.

Board Members
The Sugar House Farmer’s Market is directed and managed by a Board of Directors. They are devoted to the market and assisted by our awesome seasonal volunteers and interns.
As a community builder at heart, and an advocate of supporting local, Amy feels right at home at the Sugar House Farmers Market.
She loves working with different outreach groups volunteering her time supporting a variety of organizations, which include music, dance, food and film. She can also play a mean piano.
Amy volunteers as a board member for the Sugar House Farmer’s Market where she lends her talents and experience in the public relations arena to help out with brand recognition and media relations. Amy feels at home in the outdoors where she enjoys hiking, skiing or simply taking a stroll through the beautiful parks in Sugar House.
